Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing opportunities with triathlon-related businesses and demonstrating how Play Sports Network content can help grow their business.
* Understanding client goals, challenges, and market performance to tailor solutions effectively.
* Growing the business through innovative marketing and communication strategies.
* Ensuring contractual compliance and delivering on commercial contracts.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships for retention and growth.
* Providing excellent client service, reporting, and analysis of content performance.
Internal Collaboration:
* Work with the Commercial Partnerships team to identify new opportunities.
* Coordinate with content teams to ensure product delivery and proper communication of new products and updates.
* Utilize internal systems for account management and stakeholder communication.
Experience & Skills required:
* 5+ years in sales or business development within the triathlon industry.
* Proven experience in managing commercial deals and contracts.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Knowledge of the triathlon market and financial acumen.
* Ability to work from Bath with flexibility to travel as needed.
