Addington School is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at the Early Years Centre in Farley Hill. This position begins on a 4-week temporary basis, with the clear intention to become permanent. You’ll be working closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils with a wide range of complex needs, including communication challenges, physical disabilities, and behavioural difficulties. It’s a challenging but deeply rewarding role.
