Key Responsibilities:
10004; Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and Reactive Maintenance tasks
10004; Respond to emergency callouts as required
10004; Complete logbooks and Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)
10004; Conduct emergency lighting testing
10004; Lighting, wiring, alarm systems, BMS, heat exchangers
10004; UPS Systems, HV/LV Systems, generators, and controls
10004; AC/DC single:phase and three:phase motors
10004; Maintain air conditioning systems (DX, chilled water, adiabatic AHUs)
10004; Perform general building maintenance (e.g., drainage, tiling, sinks)
Engineers must have a solid understanding of AHUs, FCUs, UPS, Generators, and LV systems, including the ability to fault:find and troubleshoot effectively.
Requirements:
; Trade:qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Building Services
; City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent)
; Strong knowledge of building services systems
; Excellent client:facing skills
; 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation competent
; HV Approved Person
