The Role
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will drive new business opportunities and support growth within the telecoms sector. Working remotely, you will make outbound calls to potential business customers, generate leads, and book qualified appointments for the sales team, helping maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound B2B calls to prospective customers, introducing telecom solutions.
* Generate qualified leads and secure appointments for the sales team.
* Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients through follow-up activity.
* Build strong rapport with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
About You
* Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
* Telecoms industry knowledge is an advantage, but full training is provided.
* Confident communicator with strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently from home.
* Organised, proactive, resilient with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage remote working tools and CRM systems effectively.
