Job Description I am currently partnered with an established bespoke food manufacturer known for their commitment to quality and creativity. They’re seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic NPD Technologist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in food development or production who enjoys working across both the creative and technical sides of bringing new products to life. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the NPD team in developing and improving products from concept to launch. Splitting your time between the development kitchen and production environment. Preparing and managing samples, trials, and testing sessions. Collaborating with production, process, and packaging teams to ensure smooth scale-up. Assisting with QA checks, documentation, and process improvements. Liaising with internal stakeholders and contributing to regular team meetings. Playing an active role in the ongoing development of the site and its capabilities. What we’re looking for: 1–3 years’ experience in NPD, food technology, or a related role. A relevant food science or technical qualification (e.g. NVQ, diploma, or degree). Strong attention to detail with a practical, proactive approach. Confident communicator who works well across teams.
