About the Role
Take the next step in your property career by joining our high‑performing Cambridge team as an experienced Lettings Negotiator. We’re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable professional with a strong grasp of the local market and a proven track record in delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Continue training and development with support from a mentor
Compensation & Benefits
- £40,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company car (Senior Negotiator level only)
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)

Qualifications
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car
- Before starting, provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
- If you leave the role voluntarily within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme
