The role will initially focus on a defined set of priority growth areas within Banking, Treasury, and Investments (BTI), while building a broader, more scalable commercial engine that can support expansion across adjacent services over time. It will own the end-to-end commercial model across these areas, turning pipeline into revenue, increasing wallet share and ensuring that business development activity translates into tangible commercial outcomes.
The successful candidate will take ownership of an existing team and materially improve performance, bringing greater structure, accountability and execution discipline to the sales model.Core skills required
