This school supports young people aged 8-19 with special educational needs, offering a range of outstanding facilities, including a sports hall, fitness suite, hydrotherapy pool, sensory room, and horticultural space.

What you'll be doing:
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
* Work closely with students in a 1:1 setting, providing tailored support.
* Assist in creating an engaging, calm, and productive classroom environment.
* Work with students with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
* Develop creative lessons that inspire and empower students.
* Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure the best learning outcomes.
This role offers great flexibility with the option to work full-time, part-time, day-to-day, or on short-term/long-term placements. Every day is a chance to make a difference while gaining valuable experience in a specialized field.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate should have:
* QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or other relevant teaching qualifications.
* Experience working with students with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
* A practical, creative approach to engaging pupils with diverse needs.
* The ability to build strong relationships with both staff and students.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
