Senior Channel Account Manager IT Infrastructure & Services
Hybrid - £6080k base + uncapped commission
We’re supporting a well‑established technology services provider that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. They’re now seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to expand their presence across the UK channel ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying and engaging new MSP, reseller and distributor partners, building long‑term strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing
* Identify, engage and secure new channel partners across MSP, reseller and distributor networks
* Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to onboarding
* Build strong, consultative, long‑term partner relationships with existing partners
* Develop revenue across onboarded partners through structured account planning
* Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless partner experience
* Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting
What we’re looking for
* Strong channel sales experience within the IT/technology sector
* Proven success acquiring (not just managing) channel partners
* Experience delivering £1M+ individual sales targets
* Confident engaging Director/C‑Suite stakeholders
* Consultative, solutions‑led selling style
* Self‑motivated, commercially driven and comfortable in a growth‑phase environment
