Dermatology Nurse

Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious Dermatology Nurse to join their team. - 23 hours per week :
The post holder will provide dermatology nursing care to patients and their families, and act as a resource for other professionals. This is achieved by skills and experience and expert knowledge gained through additional specialist training. Working with the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies, the post holder will play a key role on ongoing service developments to ensure the delivery of evidence-based practice and assist in meeting National and Trust targets/objectives.

Person Specification
Qualifications and Training
* Registered General Nurse
* Evidence of post registration training and continued professional development.
Experience
* Experience in a management/leadership role
* Experience of teaching and training
* Evidence of developing new ways of working and management of change
* Evidence of improving the patient experience
Knowledge and Skills
* Up to date knowledge of nursing initiatives and Department of Health improvement schemes
* Understand Patient and Public involvement in the NHS
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Operational management skills
* Budgetary management skills
