We are working with an international law firm who is looking for a Solicitor to join their Employment team. This role is open to all the firm’s UK offices.
The Role:
The successful candidate will support an excellent Employment team, advising clients on a range of employment law matters including strategic workforce planning, tribunal claims, and cross-border employment issues.
The individual will work on other employment matters from redundancies, discrimination, whistleblowing, through to advising on reward structures and compliance projects.
Essential Criteria:
* 2-7 years’ PQE;
* Employment background;
* Willingness to engage in business development;
* Strong academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Strong communication skills;
* Flexible and collaborative team player.
