Join to apply for the Service Plan Sales Coordinator role at Vertu Motors plc. This opportunity is based at our Head Office in Team Valley, Gateshead, with a 39-hour working week across 5 days.
What you will do
You will be responsible for calling our existing customers to encourage them to invest in a plan to save on the cost of future services and MOTs. You will inform customers of the servicing and MOT requirements of their vehicle, creating a plan bespoke to the customer that suits their needs. You will explain all the features and benefits of our priority service plans and overcome any objections the customer may have. We strive for total transparency and do not cold-call.
About You
To be considered for this role, you need a proven sales background and excellent communication and IT skills. With our support and thorough training, you can become a highly successful Sales Advisor with us.
