About the Role

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities
* Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person
* Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently
* Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets
* Attending client and third-party meetings, taking notes, and assisting in discussions
* Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications
Qualifications
* A solid understanding of wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration
* The ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Location
Our office hubs across the South East include Brighton, Chichester, Crawley, East Grinstead, Eastbourne, Lewes, Seaford, Storrington, Southampton, and Tunbridge Wells.
