Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

Qualifications:
* Valid Virginia Teaching License or eligible
* Special Education Endorsement
* Experience in working with autism spectrum disorders and diverse learning needs
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:
* Woodbridge, VA
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored educational instruction to meet the needs of students in the MIPA classroom
* Collaborate with instructional assistants and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment
* Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress
* Engage in regular communication with students, parents, and staff regarding student development
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development as required
