Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, providing domiciliary care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
* Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
* Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition
* Follow care plans and work closely with other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
* Female
* Enhanced DBS
* Mandatory training Certificates
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care
