The Sales Administrator at AllPoints Fibrewillprovide exceptional sales support and administration, driving efficiency, and fostering customer relationships while being instrumental in managing sales-related administrative tasks, including the preparation of sales quotes, order processing, handling sales queries, and maintaining accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. With a focus on excellence, the Sales Administrator will collaborate closely with various departments to craft and quote complex solutions, follow up on open quotes, and assist in the seamless onboarding of new customers. This role requires a proactive approach to managing sales incentives schemes and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with high precision and attention to detail. What you will be doing: Providing admin support to produce Sales Quotes, check Sales Orders, answer sales queries and reporting Inputting information into the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and selecting relevant products to create quotes. Consult with departments for example Pre-sales/planners on building and quoting complex solutions. Assist in following up on open quotes, either in conjunction with the sales team or directly with external providers Manage query Inbox to proactively respond to queries. Creating purchase order requests. Assisting in the onboarding of new customers. Managing the administration of sales incentives schemes. About you: You will have a robust background in sales support or administration, preferably within the Telecoms or a similar technology-focused industry. You will be confident bringing strong customer service skills, exceptional time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A proactive approach, proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
