Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Manager role with a rapidly growing organisation based in Trowbridge on a permanent basis. This role is based onsite 5 days a week (flexible working hours possible) and is a fast-paced SME environment. This role would suit someone seeking a varied and hands on role in a small team.
The role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for 1 direct report and work closely with the Finance Director to report on monthly transactions and financials. This is a fast paced, high growth environment with a high volume of transactions being processed monthly. You will need to have experience of working in a similar environment and be comfortable with being hands on whilst also partnering upline. The role will involve but not be limited to:
1. Preparing monthly management accounts.
2. Balance sheet reconciliations.
3. VAT returns.
4. Support with budgeting and forecasting.
5. Management of 1 direct report.
6. Reviewing of payments.
Profile
7. AAT, QBE and ACCA/CIMA qualified all considered.
8. Intermediate level excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
9. Experience of working in a high volume or fast paced environment.
10. Team player with a can do attitude.
11. Supervisory/management experience desired but not essential.
12. Comfortable with 5 days a week onsite - flexibility can be given but this is an office based role.
Package
13. £45,000-£60,000.
14. Free onsite parking.
15. 25 days leave + bank holidays.
16. Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4 (45 minute lunch break) - 5 days a week onsite.
17. Private medical.
18. 5 days a week onsite - flexibility can be given but this is an office based role.
