Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple teams and departments.
2. Maintain accurate records and assist with document preparation and data entry.
3. Support governance and compliance processes, ensuring all documentation meets relevant standards.
4. Assist with general administrative duties .
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Travel to different locations as needed to provide in-person support.
Requirements
7. Previous experience in an administrative role (education sector experience beneficial).
8. Knowledge or experience in governance or compliance (desirable).
9. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
10. Discreet and professional approach with a high level of confidentiality.
11. Flexible availability, including the ability to accept short-notice shifts.
12. Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
13. A current Enhanced DBS is essential
