Salary: £35,000 + Generous Commission
Hours: Mon–Thu 10:00–18:30, Fri 09:30–16:30
We’re looking for an experienced Business Protection Advisor to join a growing, award-winning life and protection team. This is a client‑focused role for someone who thrives on building relationships, providing tailored advice, and helping businesses protect what matters most.
What you’ll do as the Business Protection Advisor
* Advise business clients on shareholder protection, key person cover, executive income protection, relevant life, and group risk
* Manage the full advice process from fact‑find to policy implementation
* Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships
* Present solutions confidently to directors and decision‑makers
* Maintain regulatory compliance and up‑to‑date product knowledge
About you the Business Protection Advisor
* Proven business protection experience (essential)
* Strong organisational, communication, and relationship skills
* Results‑driven and commercially minded
* RO5 qualification desirable
* Confident working with high‑net‑worth individuals
