This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to young people who require structured care and guidance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people while working closely with our Care Management Team and external professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. Your Role • Support children and young people to make positive progress through care, encouragement, and guidance • Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate effectively with colleagues and management • Work alongside external agencies to ensure holistic care and support • Work a mixture of long and short shifts depending on client needs We offer flexible shift options, including days, nights, and ongoing block bookings, making this role suitable for candidates with different availability.
