Your responsibilities will include:
9. Working with children and young people with severe and profound disabilities and their families
10. Conducting assessments and providing support through Children in Need Plans, Child Protection Plans, and when children need to enter care
11. Supporting care leavers and assisting young people and families in transitioning to adult services
12. Collaborating closely with other services and professionals to support families
13. Embracing a strengths-based, partnership approach to providing support and relationship-based social work
14. Managing a caseload effectively
Requirements for this role:
15. Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification
16. Enhanced DBS clearance
17. Registration with Social Work England
Experience working with children is essential for this position.
