* Maintain inventory and order branded conference materials.
* Deliver stand-alone events as required.
* Apply internal processes and controls to adhere to policies and regulations.
* Develop and reconcile event budgets, negotiating costs with suppliers.
* Manage relationships with internal and external vendors, ensuring quality standards.
* Work flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights as needed.
