Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract | 40 hours across 4 or 5 days with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience

Severn Edge Much Wenlock is a thriving small animal practice with a strong reputation for high‑quality, compassionate care within a large town in Shropshire. It is easily accessible from Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and Telford, and from the M54 for convenient travel to surrounding cities. The team prides itself on a positive, open culture where every voice is heard. Nurses are fully utilised in their roles, including Schedule 3 procedures. The practice has a visiting clinical behaviourist vet, nurses with dental and surgical certificates, and facilities including laparoscopic kits, digital X‑ray, endoscopes, ultrasound and dental X‑ray, giving you the tools you need to deliver outstanding care.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular check‑ins and 1‑to‑1s with the nursing support team.
* Deliver training and mentorship for new and junior team members.
* Complete clinical audit checks.
* Run nursing clinics and provide inpatient care.
