Our client is a highly regarded name within the hard asset finance sector. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Head of Customer Relationship Management to join their Manchester-based team.
This is a newly created role, reporting to the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing the customer relationship function.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding
* Work closely with other stakeholders in the business to ensure smooth client onboarding, ensuring an efficient service to customers
* Monitor quality through oversight checks, reviewing operational data, and identifying training issues and process improvements
* Monitor forward capacity management, ensuring resource availability during busy periods
* Ensure the team processes all requests for in-life tasks such as settlement quotes, agreement settlement, reschedules, etc.
The successful candidate will have proven team management experience, ideally with an understanding of the asset finance marketplace. You will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines, and the capacity to think creatively to solve problems.
The salary is between £55,000 – £65,000 plus an excellent bonus and benefits.
Additionally, there are opportunities with other packages: €70,000 – €90,000 plus benefits, and other roles with competitive salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
