You will be responsible for all environment art at Super Glitch Games. You must be ambitious in your career, passionate about games, and self-motivated to create high-quality environment art that aligns with the game’s aesthetic.

Requirements
* 5+ Years in Environment Art, Blender & Unreal Engine.
* A thirst for knowledge and always learning.
* Clear and professional communication.
* Genuinely excited about web3 and its application to games.
* Overlapping knowledge of complementary disciplines such as level design, composition, colour theory and artistic direction.
* Proven track record of creating stylized art.
Responsibilities
* Own all things Environment Art at Super Glitch Games.
* Create all Environment Art for our multi-platform games.
* Work with Level Designers to create great-looking and fun racing tracks that meet technical and experiential requirements.
* Create dynamic materials driven by cosmetic variables.
* Create Art tooling and templates.
* Ensure Environments are optimized and performant.
* Identify opportunities where pipeline and assets can improve the quality of the game and improve processes.
* Work closely with neighboring disciplines to ensure your environments work harmoniously with other content.
