Green Wrythe Primary Schoolare looking for an enthusiastic SENCO (with class teacher responsibilities). The post holder will take on the dual responsibility of managing and leading the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision across the school (0.5 FTE, estimated) while also acting as a EYFS/KS1 class teacher (0.5 FTE, estimated). This is a crucial role requiring an excellent practitioner with the vision and commitment to drive outstanding inclusive practice across the school, ensuring every pupil achieves their full potential.
We are looking for a Teacher who has completed the National professional qualification for special educational needs co-ordinators (NPQSENCO) or is willing to complete it within 3 years of appointment.
