Essential criteria
1. Registered General Nurse
2. Mentorship in Practice
Desirable criteria
3. Respiratory nursing course or qualification
4. Care of critically ill or deteriorating patient course
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
5. NIV/Optiflow Tracheostomy care competent
6. Substantial experience at band 5 in acute medical care setting
Desirable criteria
7. Experience of Complex Discharge of patients.
