Drive financial and environmental returns on property and land assets, including developments and sales. Provide strategic advice on buildings and land ownership to support organisational and community development. Oversee performance monitoring, reporting, and business improvement activities. Develop and implement a pipeline of property sales, purchases, and development opportunities in line with corporate and housing plans. Ensure property services teams are accessible, responsive, and exceed stakeholder expectations. Lead strategic budget planning to deliver long-term objectives and achieve best value for money.
