Our client is a “household name” national business with a growing commercial insurance division. They have a brand new role available for an ambitious individual skilled at new business and client servicing to work on a large number of incoming new business enquiries in Scotland.
This role will appeal either to an account executive with a solid commercial insurance background or alternatively an experienced commercial broker or account handler ready to make the step up into a full client facing account executive role.
Although this role is initially new business oriented, all of the leads will be provided and you will have the opportunity to retain all of your clients as part of your growing portfolio. Primarily you will be dealing with larger SME to mid corporate clients, mainly general commercial and some commercial motor oriented risks.
This is a home based role, but would require you work from their Glasgow office at least 2 days per month; the main focus is on being on the road meeting clients.
The company is able to provide excellent support in terms of lead generation, marketing and prospecting lists; they have a sales team able to provide warm leads. Any additional prospecting data you can bring to the role would be welcomed although not essential.
