Are you a compassionate, hard-working and reliable person who finds purpose in supporting others? We are looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents while the rest of the world sleeps.
Location: Beechwood Grove, 44-48 East Dean Road, Eastbourne BN20 8EH
What you will be doing
* Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
* Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
* Carrying out regular checks and responding to any night-time requirements.
* Keeping accurate records and communicating effectively.
* Maintaining a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
What you need
* A can-do attitude.
* Be a compassionate and caring person.
* Be a true team player.
* Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – This is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
