A well-established precision engineering company in Gloucester is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines
* Working with Fanuc controls
* Producing parts to tight tolerances
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Making tool offsets and adjustments
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained
Experience / Requirements
* Experience programming CNC lathes
* Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
* Experience with Fixed Head or Sliding Head machines
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Background in precision engineering
Package
* £42,000 - £46,000 salary
* Day shift - 8:00am to 4:30pm
* Early finish Friday (3:30pm)
* Overtime available
