Control System Engineer West Yorkshire - £55-60k + overtime £15-30k = £70-90k
Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Control System Engineer with good Siemens TIA Portal / Siemens PLC software knowledge to join a well-established, specialist engineering company with a base in West Yorkshire.
The company is financially stable and growing as well as having a full order book.
Key aspects of the Control System Engineer role include
1. Being able to program Siemens PLCs (& ideally Rockwell) is key 80% of the projects delivered are based on Siemens (as theyre a Siemens partner!)
2. Successful Control System Engineer should expect variety! No two jobs are the same. The company is a bespoke manufacturing company and work with a range of clients who have a range of requirements in terms of scope, expectations and timescales.
3. Modbus & OPC experience are highly desirable
4. Knowledge of condition monitoring systems (Bentley Nevada, B&K, Emerson), Exor HMIs, IIoT and Functional/Machine Safety, would be an advantage.
5. Control System Engineers applying could have experience in the Chemical, Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industry, whilst this would be useful, its not essential
