The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion. Secretarial support will be provided.
Typical matters will include sales and purchases of both registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold, remortgages, buy to let and new build properties.

Requirements
1. Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx (with at least 2 years' solid residential conveyancing experience)
