About the Role Assist in planning and coordinating workshop activities to meet project deadlines. Oversee the production process, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. Monitor material usage and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages. About you Previous experience within joinery and on the tools Attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft suite Points of Appeal Proven experience in joinery or a related field, with a strong understanding of workshop processes. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
