Serve as a data transfer workflow expert to handle incidents and inquiries. Identify process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and quality. Manage product updates and automation projects. Stay informed about broader Tech Ops responsibilities. Operate and maintain workflows on TransUnions next gen OneTru cloud platform. Support service migration to OneTru, from planning to operations. Establish new operating processes and coordinate cross-team workflow ownership. Perform thorough peer reviews to ensure code accuracy and quality. Actively contribute to reducing the teams risk profile. Troubleshoot to resolve queries and issues independently. Produce and maintain high quality process documentation.
