The Role:
* Oversee a portfolio of complex, high-volume sites across London, ensuring consistent delivery across people, product and performance
* Lead, coach and develop senior site leaders - building strong, accountable management teams
* Drive commercial performance across multiple revenue streams, balancing guest experience with cost control
* Embed structure, clarity and rhythm across the operation - ensuring teams know what good looks like and how to deliver it
* Act as the link between sites and senior leadership - feeding back, influencing and driving change
* Support growth - contributing to new openings, evolution of existing sites and overall operational strategy
* Spend time in venues - visible, hands-on and close enough to the detail to make the right calls
The Person:
* Proven experience operating at leadership level within a high-volume hospitality business
* Will consider background in high volume restaurant OR large multifaceted revenue hospitality concepts
* Comfortable leading large, layered teams across multiple sites
* Strong commercial operator - understands how to drive revenue, manage costs and improve performance
* Naturally people-focused - able to build trust, develop leaders and create a positive, high-performing culture
* Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
* Able to balance big picture thinking with attention to detail
