About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & HR Assistant to join the school office on a full-time, permanent basis starting January 2026.
The successful candidate will:
* Support the HR processes, including recruitment, contracts, and staff records
* Provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth daily running of the school
* Assist with onboarding, compliance checks, and communications
* Work closely with the senior leadership team to maintain effective HR and administrative systems
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration and/or HR, ideally within a school or similar environment
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
* Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
* Legal right to work in the UK
