Senior Traffic Signals Design Engineer (Remote, United Kingdom)
We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead the design of complex signalised junctions, pedestrian crossings, and intelligent traffic control systems for high-profile infrastructure projects. This role offers a 50/50 split between remote work and onsite presence—ideal for surveys, design validations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site inspections, surveys, commissioning, and supervision.
* Prepare technical designs for complex signalised junctions and crossings, adhering to approved procedures and specifications.
* Provide technical oversight for new product and service ideas, and develop design plans.
* Develop complex MOVA Designs and Datasets.
* Apply knowledge of standards such as TSRGD, DMRB, and the Traffic Signs Manual.
* Validate MOVA systems for complex junctions and roundabouts.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will have experience designing signalised junctions and crossings, seeking to advance to a Senior Design Services Engineer role and bring fresh perspectives to traffic signal design.
Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keysignals, OSC Mapper, and AutoTURN.
* Microsoft Office skills.
* Knowledge of TOPAS 2500A Traffic Signal Controller Specifications.
* Familiarity with MOVA tools, datasets, and linking.
* Experience with LinSig 3.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
