You will be joining an experienced team and will benefit from receiving excellent support and opportunities to progress your career.Your new role As the Junior Property Surveyor you will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial properties including office, retail and industrial assets. As part of the role, you will be involved in conducting rent reviews and lease renewals. You will also be involved in day-to-day property management duties including responding to tenant queries and helping prepare budgets and service charges.
