The role is designed to suit an experienced Social Media Manager looking to develop their career within an agency environment. The ideal person will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, business acumen, a genuine passion and understanding of social media platforms and their role within SEO, and has the ambition to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Role requirements:
* Strategica direction of multiple client's social media accounts, across all major social media platforms
* Social media campaign delivery, engagement, and utilising platform-specific features
* Monitoring and applying cultural and relevant industry trends to your campaigns
* Creating content plans with close client liaison
* Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly client reports
* Reporting and record keeping for time management
* Directing content shoots
* Content creation
* An understanding of the role influencers play in social media and integrating these tactics into social media performance
* An understanding of the role of social media management across wider campaign communications
What you will bring to the role:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a digital or social media role
* A solid understanding of social media platforms and best practice/processes for each.
* Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
* Creative mindset to deliver engaging campaign ideas, maximising upcoming trends.
* Passion for making a positive difference to clients and campaign performance.
* Keen interest in content and how best to use it to engage audiences.
* Intellect, curiosity and the ambitious drive to achieve great results.
* Exceptional writing and communications skills, with close attention to detail.
* A confident, proactive team player with the ability to respond quickly and build strong inter-team relationships.
* Committed to providing an industry leading service that excels in client liaison.
* Creating project briefs
* Working with members of the wider team to develop an idea, strategy or campaign tactic
Building client relationships:
* Present campaign ideas, plans and performance to clients
* Pitch new
* Demonstrate an understanding of different client requirements
* Daily client liaison
* Focused on building relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities via services offered.
