An opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join a large, high-performing hotel kitchen in the Solihull area, operating at significant volume with a well-established team and clear structure.

* Weekly food revenue regularly exceeding £90,000

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role within the brigade, taking responsibility for your section while contributing across the wider kitchen.
You will:
* Run your section during prep and service
* Work across multiple service areas including restaurant and banqueting
* Deliver consistent, well-executed dishes under pressure
* Support junior chefs and maintain brigade standards
* Assist with prep, organisation and stock control
* Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service
This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who enjoys a fast-paced, structured kitchen.

* £32,500 starting salary
* Rising to £34,000 after successful probation

* Current Chef de Partie
* Experience in high-volume or hotel kitchens preferred
* Comfortable working across multiple sections
