Key Responsibilities
* Lead the architecture, design, and development of a SaaS platform
* Drive best practice in software engineering
* Collaborate closely with Data Scientists
* Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
* Oversee CI/CD pipelines
* Mentor and grow a high-performing development team
* Contribute to product strategy alongside founders and commercial leads
* Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and code quality
About You
* 5+ years in software development
* Strong backend experience - C# and Python
* Experience in SQL
