I am seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our Social Housing maintenance client based in Gloucestershire.
Day to day duties of the ideal Junior Quantity Surveyor:
* Assisting in the preparations of tender documents and production of quotes
* Placing subcontract and material orders
* Checking material invoices
* Assisting with the preparation of valuations and final accounts to clients for payment
* Processing timesheets to convert to payroll payment sheets
* Provide commercial reporting and forecasts to the company management
Requirements of the Junior Quantity Surveyor:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management
* Excellent IT, communcation and organisation skills
* Full driving license
The successful Junior Quantity Surveyor will receive:
* 30,000 per year
* Workplace pension
* 28 days holiday (including statutory holidays)
* Paid expenses
* Occasional remote working
