About the Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the academic, social, and emotional development of young children. You'll be part of a welcoming school community, delivering creative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework while fostering a safe and engaging learning environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver interactive, inspiring lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued
* Encourage independence, communication, and a love for learning
* Monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet the needs of each child
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school team
* Support all aspects of early development - academic, emotional, and social
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
* A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child-led learning
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
* Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
