The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes, working closely with the wider team to provide consistent and high-quality care. Key responsibilities include: Supporting young people in all aspects of their daily lives and development Promoting emotional wellbeing, safety and independence Contributing to care planning and risk assessments Maintaining a safe, clean and structured home environment Acting as a positive role model and building trusting relationships Ensuring all safeguarding and regulatory requirements are met Working closely with colleagues, families and external professionals Supporting the home to achieve strong Ofsted outcomes The Ideal Candidate Were looking for individuals who are motivated, reliable and committed to making a difference.
