Those Huge Small Victories
Our teachers are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes in our young people. We celebrate these small successes, which we call "huge small victories" because, although they seem minor, they make a significant difference.
Get out what you put in
You’ll work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Your role is to help them learn, develop their abilities, and boost their self-esteem. Resilience and dedication are essential, but the huge small victories you achieve will be incredibly rewarding.
The journey can be challenging, but the positive progress will make it worthwhile. As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you’ll receive support from in-house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals. Our colleagues are experts in their fields, and our well-resourced environments will support your professional growth every step of the way.
One of the best environments in SEND
Luxborough Court School is a new, purpose-built school for 150 pupils aged 5–19 with ASD. Facilities include a large sports hall, a bespoke 6th form suite, therapeutic spaces, extensive outdoor areas, and separate playgrounds with a multi-use games area.
The school is conveniently located near public transport (less than a mile from Chigwell Station with Central Line services) and close to the M11 motorway.
