The management of compliance on all fleet is integral to the operation to ensure all vehicles are maintained and roadworthy, enabling legal operation. The role involves participating in the daily planning of the fleet as needed. Flexibility regarding location, role, and hours is essential.

Key Duties of a Planning and Compliance Coordinator:
* Manage compliance activities for depots, ensuring bookings align with compliance objectives, follow-up thoroughly, and escalate issues appropriately.
* Provide daily/weekly compliance status reports for the fleet.
* Follow up on vehicle arrivals and attendance, addressing 'no-shows' as required.
* Support team members with activities within the team's scope.
* Maintain accurate data input across all systems, including GTS, for planning and operations.
Qualifications:
* Thorough understanding of commercial vehicle and ancillary equipment compliance requirements.
* Experience managing commercial vehicle compliance, scheduling, booking, and managing slippage.
* Proven team player with drive, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
* Highly organized, capable of managing multiple work streams.
* Proficient in GTS and capable of managing planning roles.
* Knowledge of sector operations and practices.
* CPC Holder is desirable.
