Group People Advisory Lead - Employee Relations
Remote with flexibility to travel to UK offices when required
£80,000 - £90,000 plus bonus and benefits
Are you ready to lead, grown and develop a high-impact People Advisory function at a fast-growing international professional services organisation?
We’re looking for a seasoned HR leader to drive the development and governance of people policies across multiple European locations, whilst leading a team of People Advisors who are the first point of contact for line managers on employee relations and HR case management.
In this new role, you’ll:
✅ Lead and grow a team of expert People Advisors
✅ Design and execute group-wide HR policy frameworks and advisory strategy
✅ Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver legally compliant, inclusive, and performance-driven people solutions
✅ Shape the future of employee relations and HR advisory operations through technology, data insights, and continuous improvement
✅ Influence organisational change and culture by embedding consistent, values-aligned policies across the group
