Core Responsibilities
1. Planning and delivering Sociology lessons that prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations with a focus on high attainment.
2. Facilitating classroom discussions on sensitive social issues, ensuring a balanced, evidence-based, and respectful environment.
3. Teaching students how to apply sociological theories—such as Functionalism, Marxism, and Feminism—to contemporary social phenomena.
4. Developing students' research skills, including the ability to evaluate various quantitative and qualitative methodological approaches.
5. Providing detailed feedback and exam-focused interventions to help students refine their essay-writing and evaluative skills.
