Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a HVAC Construction Manager interested in opportunities on a contract basis, to be located in Reading Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and supervise HVAC construction and installation activities on site. Coordinate with design engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing to verify compliance with specifications and standards. Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues during installation. Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation. Qualifications & Skills Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline. Proven experience managing HVAC construction projects in highly regulated industries. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and relevant standards (CIBSE, BS, ASHRAE). Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to issue resolution.
